Changes in latd since 0.2:

	- Compilation support for NetBSD/sparc 1.3 (and presumably
	  other NetBSD arches).

	- It's now possible to direct latd to use a different
syslog(3) facility (see LOGFAC in the Makefile).

Changes in latd since 0.1:

	- Fixed ICMP.

Changes in latd since 0.0:

	- Added a PID file, /var/run/latd.pid, so that newsyslog
can be used to easily rotate the log files.

	- Added a DNS protocol module to test response time for name
servers. The configuration file names the server to test
and a DNS zone to request. (All queries are for SOA records
	  only.)

	- latd now has a manual page!

	- make-stats is now a bit smarter about its command-line
arguments, and generates potentially interesting statistics
about failures as well as successes.
