This is a beta-test version of a msgs-emulating news reader.  Read the
comments in the beginning of nmsgs.c for more information.  Please try
to compile this program on whatever architectures you can, and let me
know what happens.  This has been demonstrated to compile on the
following architectures:

SPARC II running SunOS 4.1.1 (GENERIC)
VAX running 4.3 BSD UNIX

There are currently no known bugs in nmsgs.
