It's in the directory pub/tex and you can retrieve it via anonymous ftp. There are two files, lcsletter.sty and mitlogo.ps (mitlogo.ps is only necessary if you still want to be able to use the old masthead). Please forward this message to someone in your group who can retreive these files and install them in the TeX inputs directory on your system. (I've more or less assumed that you'll be using dvips, so if you aren't, whoever installs this may have to make a few modifications.) I've enclosed a sample letter below that demonstrates most of the features of the style. In addition, there is also a "memo" environment that can be used instead of the "letter" environment. I've fixed it and put the new style file in pub/tex on theory. If you've already grabbed the old one, please grab the new version (version 3.01) now. Sorry about that. I've also changed the zip code to 02139-3539 as per Newton's earlier mail. Since there seems to be some dispute over what the correct zip code is, you can now override this with the \zip command (e.g., \zip{02139} or \zip{02139-4307}). David.
